I’m a passionate Game Designer and Gameplay Programmer, specialising in the Unity Engine and C#. I’ve shipped games across most modern game platforms including Desktop, Mobile and Consoles, both free to play and premium.
I graduated from QANTM in 2012 with a Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment, specialising in Games Design. During my course I found that a more practical, hands-on approach suited me, so I began to teach myself Unity and C#.
I worked for 3 Sprockets - a local Melbourne developer for 4 years, honing my skills and creating a broad variety of games, from hardcore RPG’s to casual mobile experiences. My role at 3 Sprockets was part designer, part programmer - I was responsible for conceptualising and outlining game systems and then implementing them in-game.
Core Skills:
-Extremely proficient C# programmer
-Rapid prototyper
-5+ years of experience in the Unity Engine
-Familiar with certification processes and requirements on XBox One, PS4 and Switch
-Experience with multiplayer game logic
-Asset pipeline control and optimisation, particularly with Animations and Meshes
-Extensive experience with Unity UI system
Extra Skills:
-Experience with community interaction and promotion (particularly on Steam)
-Beginner-Intermediate skills in Unreal (nothing shipped, but I’ve experimented with many of the systems)
